Karen Davis is former senior film programmer and current program consultant for the Mill Valley Film Festival and professor emerita at California State University at Monterey Bay. She has also taught courses in film history and world cinema at Vassar College, St. Mary’s College of California, University of California at Santa Cruz and the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UC Berkeley.
