Rabbi Rory Katz (she/her) is an educator, community builder, and spiritual leader. She graduated from the Jewish Theological Seminary in 2019 and is an alum of the Adamah Fellowship at Isabella Freedman Retreat Center in Connecticut. She served as the Rabbi of Chevrei Tzedek ("Friends of Justice") Congregation in Baltimore for 6 years before relocating to the East Bay. She is fascinated by the construction of rituals and their objects, and has made her own tallit, tefillin boxes, candles, cups, and more.
