Rachel Biale Rachel Biale has worked in the Bay Area Jewish community for over three decades in varied roles and presently serves as the pro bono director of New Lehrhaus. Her books include Women and Jewish Law, What Now? 2-Minute Tips for Solving Common Parenting Challenges, Growing Up Below Sea Level: A Kibbutz Childhood, and, co-authored with her husband David Biale, Aerograms Across the Ocean: A Love Story in Letters.
