Have you ever walked through a museum, stopped at a painting, and wondered what was going on in the artist’s mind? If so, you might be inspired to write ekphrastic poetry, which is poetry based on a work of art. In this workshop, we’ll focus on creating poetry based on paintings by Jewish artists, including Chagall, Modigliani, Pissarro, and others.
