Deborah Apple is an archaeologist of women’s wisdom. She was ordained as a “Kohenet” in the first cohort of the Hebrew Priestess Institute.  She has created new liturgy for the Queen of Heaven (Jeremiah 44:17-25) and myth-based rituals for navigating turbulent times. She has published in the anthologies Talking to Goddess, Anointed, and the Missing Witches Zine.  She has written two books on goddess-oriented Judaic practice, Flowers of Torah and Water, Wine, Tree & Vine, and is finalizing a book of Jewish magic, Woven by Moonlight.
