Linda M. Scaparotti, Esq. has been practicing law in the greater Bay Area for 40 years. Heading her own firm, she has been  dedicated to providing the legal information, documentation, and representation needed to protect diverse relationships and families., including family law issues for same-sex clients. Ms. Scaparotti has worked with over 4000 couples and individuals. Previously, she was a litigator and created a new area of law: bringing sexual abuse cases under civil law. She is/has been a board member of Bay Area Lawyers for Individual Freedom, Human Rights Campaign (HRC), Horizons Foundation, San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, NCLR Brain Trust, National LGBT Bar Association Family Law Institute, and also served as a Human Rights Commissioner in the City of Oakland.
